HTC has officially unveiled the HTC Desire 516, which is a pocket-friendly handset. However, if you’re expecting an Android 4.4 KitKat-powered device, think again. This new handset runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, which is a previous version.

HTC Announced in a press release (translated to English from German):
