HTC has officially unveiled the HTC Desire 516, which is a pocket-friendly handset. However, if you’re expecting an Android 4.4 KitKat-powered device, think again. This new handset runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, which is a previous version.

HTC Announced in a press release (translated to English from German):

Frankfurt am Main, June 30, 2014 -HTC, one of the world leaders in terms of innovation and design, a new entry-level smartphones has presented, which people will with multiple SIM cards make life easier. The HTC Desire 516 features a high quality 5-inch display, a powerful processor and dual SIM, so that the user no longer need to carry two phones and can manage their calls, SMS and data on a device.
