Technology News Editors

Work with our top-notch team of writers to produce original news and features for NewsFactor Network. Daily duties include an interesting combination of editing and proofreading original content from our writers, selecting syndicated content, writing attention-grabbing headlines, and managing a team of writers. We prefer candidates with at least 3 years of professional editorial experience working for technology or business publications. Solid knowledge of the computer industry and consumer electronics are essential.

We periodically have openings for experienced technology journalists who are available to write morning and/or afternoon news, Mondays through Fridays. Topics focus on computer technology and enterprise I.T. Coverage includes hardware, software, networking, security, data storage, communications, compliance, tech innovation and technology trends, wireless devices and mobility, as well as CRM (customer relationship management).

Applicants must have experience covering at least 3 of these topics. Quick turnaround and outstanding writing skills are essential, as well as in-depth industry knowledge, experience and contacts. Our writers must have a solid understanding of business and technology to be able to write intelligently for a high-level audience of CIOs, IT managers, and computer technology pros. All articles require phone interviews with industry analysts or company spokespeople to ensure objectivity and proper industry perspective.
