The webinar will provide information on how companies can use customer analytics to get a more complete picture of their customers, as well as present best-practice examples of how companies are applying these insights to drive revenue and sales efficiency Relevant Products/Services. The webinar will also present a Customer Analytics framework, and a 360° dashboard that companies can implement to achieve business results.
