VersaSuite-Advanced Security - The security module allows users to grant and deny access to each and every screen per employee. The audit log tracks every click made, and the audit trail records every edit. The module includes a VIP patient support feature, as well as a check sum function to validate database integrity. Additionally, to prevent protected health information leaks, no patient information is ever downloaded to mobile devices. VersaSuite security exceeds HIPAA and CCHIT security requirements.
VersaSuite-Accounting - VersaSuite features enterprise level accounting with general ledger, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Users can also automatically create journal entries from other VersaSuite modules.
VersaSuite-HR -- The newest version allows HR departments to manage employee information, employee scheduling, credentialing, and performance reviews and analyses.
VersaSuite-Time and Attendance- VersaSuite 8.2 also incorporates an employee time-clock and time sheets that integrate with VersaSuite-Accounting and VersaSuite-Payroll modules.
VersaSuite-Payroll - Users can now print checks from VersaSuite, which can access data from the VersaSuite- Time and Attendance module to expedite the payroll process.
VersaSuite-Prospect - Communication features include referral tracking and management, patient lead tracking, and patient communication tools. Version 8.2 incorporates marketing campaign management, campaign ROI analysis including cost per lead and cost per procedure. Additionally, VersaSuite offers call center sales tools, sales conversion rate information, and revenue forecasting functionality.
