Voxify Leads the Pack in Ovum's Cloud IVR Decision Matrix -- Voxify selected in top category for enterprise contact center cloud-based speech applications

Alameda, CA, June 29, 2011 -- Voxify®, the company that delivers customized, fully-integrated self-service solutions, has been awarded the top category for a speech application vendor in Ovum's Cloud-based Speech Self-Service Solutions Decision Matrix. According to Ovum, Voxify's selection in the highest-rated "shortlist" category reflects a commanding market position and speech applications that are widely accepted as best-of-breed or best-in-class. Competing against the biggest names in the industry, Voxify had the highest rating in the Technology Assessment section and impressive scores across the board in the End-User Sentiment section of the Decision Matrix. Voxify was previously honored for making Ovum's shortlist in the Decision Matrix – Selecting a Speech Application Vendor Report in 2009.

As the leader in the Technology Assessment section, Voxify ranked high across all categories and notably in the features and capabilities category. As the front end for all calls, Voxify's Expert Service Portal (ESP) engages callers to understand requests and coordinates call resolution through live agents or downstream self-service applications. Voxify's applications were recognized for their ability to deliver intelligent interactions by leveraging data integration, Relevant Products/Services segmentation, and personalization technologies.

"Voxify continues to expand its market presence and reach by focusing on delivering intelligent self-service applications and a vendor-agnostic approach to deployment," said Daniel Hong, Lead Analyst, Customer Interaction, Ovum. "Voxify's customer responses highlight its strong commitment to its customers."

The End-User Sentiment section of the Decision Matrix is based on customer evaluations and the strong response by Voxify's customers led to the company's high scores across the board. In the product quality category, customers pointed to Voxify's speech applications as among the best. The service capabilities category was strong, attesting to Voxify's Universal Managed Service which provides continuous improvement and ensures high performing solutions throughout the application lifecycle.

"Achieving a top spot on Ovum's Speech Application Providers list is the result of our relentless focus on our customers' success. Enterprises engage Voxify because they appreciate the most innovative solutions in the industry, enjoy unmatched deployment timelines, and expect a true realization of an ROI. And delivering Voxify solutions in a managed service model aligns Voxify's success with our customers' success. That's an appealing value proposition," said John Gengarella, CEO, Voxify.
